I Loooove Fried Chicken

This recipe is very customisable, as it is extremely easy to make.
Any of the spices can be changed to taste.

Ingredients

Servings: Two maybe three, I don't know.

  • 700 g chicken (e.g., boneless thigh is a good one)
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground pepper
  • Paprika powder (as much as you'd like; smoked or spicy or both)
  • Dried oregano (as you like)
  • Dried coriander leaves (as you like)

Preparation

  • Heat up the oven to 200°C
  • Get a 4 L bag, or something else
  • Put the chicken in the bag, with all spices
  • Tumble the bag a lot so that everything is coated
  • Add a fair amount of olive oil and tumble until it seems evenly coated on the chicken. If necessary, add more
  • Add a fair amount of panko and tumble. You want it to coat everything so that it seems reasonably dry. Add more if necessary
  • Empty the bag onto an oven tray with a baking sheet. Spread evenly and flat
  • Put into the oven for 25–30 minutes
  • Take out and let cool a bit before feasting on your glorious fried chicken
